[Posted by Addam Littlefield June 24, 2015 11:30:00 AM]  On July 2013, I started a new job at FRONTLINE Selling in Alpharetta, Georgia as a Demand Creation Executive. We’re on the phone all day working with our clients and securing appointments for them with the right decision makers. It’s a challenging job, but I’ve been successful because of the support I have received from everyone here.

I’d like to think that I am a very giving person and I actually work in an environment that is very giving, so I guess I’m really lucky. I am fortunate to be surrounded by people that are just as, if not more, giving than I am. The reason I bring this up is simply because it’s true. I was always taught to be respectful of others, have good manners, and say please and thank you. I was unaware, until I found FRONTLINE Selling, that others were taught the same thing, and I was even more surprised that there were so many different ways to be a giving person.

The people I work with make coming to work a joyful experience because of the things I learn that will stay with me, in one form or another, for the rest of my life. When I first began working here, I had a week of training. In this training, many of my new co-workers gave me their advice, expertise and their time to make sure that I knew what to do, how to do it and most of all, why it was important. From this, I realized that they we taking time out of their own daily activities to teach me.

The family of people I work alongside have also given me a huge boost of energy in life. I’m given the responsibility of looking after specific moving parts of accounts and so far, I have been successful. I am given the resources to accomplish things that I thought could not be done. I receive advice from my boss, managers and my peers that make a tough task not so difficult. When I struggle with something new, I’m given ideas, strategies as well as options that have worked for others in similar situations. By being receptive to all these things from my FRONTLINE family, I have been given a complete new skill set that has made a big impact on my family life as well.

I feel lucky because I have been given the confidence from the place where I work that will propel me in life. I have been given all the tools to be as successful as I want to be. I’m not sure how rare something like this is, but I know that because of this, I am going to give back every chance I see. I will give my time, energy, ideas, tools, resources and advice to those around me every chance I get.

My name is Addam Littlefield and I work at FRONTLINE Selling.
