What do you do?
In a nutshell, we execute outbound prospecting efforts on your behalf to create first meaningful conversations for your Sales team.
That means we set up 20 to 30-minute conversations with personas that matter, inside your targeted accounts. (We call these Meaningful Interactions.)

Who do you set the meetings with?
We only secure Meaningful Interactions with the titles that matter to you.
Typically, our clients target titles at Director level and above, which aligns with our top-down approach to outreach.

Are you a Pay-for-Performance model?
No. Our programs are completely customized and focus on the outcomes you need to solve your pipeline gap. Our belief is that paying ‘per lead’ incentivizes the wrong behavior and success becomes measured in quantity.
Lead quality and pipeline generation are the metrics that matter to us.

How do I know if I should outsource or build an in-house team?
It’s not an easy decision, is it? Building your own team is the ideal for many companies, but it’s much harder than it looks. Hiring, onboarding, training and ramping to productivity means a longer runway to revenue.

Some of our clients start outsourcing with us while they build their internal team, and eventually ask us to train their team with the same process that we use. It’s what we call a ‘transition’ model that offers you the best of both worlds.

Do you source the target account list?
Clients provide us with an account list at the program kickoff and continue to deliver additional accounts as needed.
If you do not have the resources to generate a list, that is a service we offer at an additional fee.

Our US-based SDR team represents your company when reaching out to your target accounts. We know how important your brand reputation is, which is why every SDR is certified in our highly professional outreach process and engages in continuous training via coaching and our unique Call Simulator.
