This team has one goal; to improve sales opportunities through more meaningful conversations.  Due to the growing success of the team, we are looking to add to it.  This candidate will have 3 years of experience as an SDR, with a track record of success.  They will have shown a dedication to collaborate with their clients/teams to build a real partnership.


  • Research and identify prospects within target accounts.
  • Heavy use of phone, email, and social media to engage prospects.
  • Log all activity in CRM.
  • Be an SME on what you do; Every. Single. Day. – Not a product.
  • Engage in Sales Development conversations through social media.
  • Work closely with the Director and the rest of the ISRs to drive innovations in process/strategy.
  • Able to accept new duties/responsibilities/roles as they arise.
  • Improve sales opportunities through more meaningful conversations.


  • 3+ Years of SDR experience – Consistently a top performer.
  • Current employees must be a Master Level SDR.
  • Strong experience with CRM(s)
  • Strong communication skills – Both verbal and written.
  • Driven/Motivated – It doesn’t matter what pushes you; just that something does.
  • Coachable – Humble enough to admit there is always more to learn.
  • Innovative – Thinking outside the box and coloring outside the lines are required.
  • Growth mindset – A rising tide lifts all boats.
  • 3 professional references

Salary Range:

  • $55,000+ depending on experience.

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay based on Sales Accepted Leads (SAL), Opportunity pipeline thresholds and Closed/Won Opportunities
