His career is marked by excellence in building teams that create sustained, executive-level client partnerships, planning and execution of competitive business strategies, and consistently achieving remarkable revenue growth and business expansion. With his extensive experience in information technology and developing go-to-market strategies, he has a deep understanding our clients’ business challenges and ensures exceptional outcomes.

As CEO, Tom oversees the daily operations of the organization, with a primary focus of driving revenue growth, brand awareness and product development.

Director of Administration

Felicia Turner

Felicia has over 13 years of experience in Finance and Administration, including accounting, billing, accounts payable/receivable, data management and collections. At FRONTLINE, she assists in all of these areas, and more.

In addition to her role in Finance, Felicia oversees office management, recruiting and cultivating the culture that has come to define FRONTLINE. She ensures all employees, whether local or virtual, are connected and engaged to create a positive, productive work environment.

With the constant evolution of today’s workplace, ongoing training is part of her personal core values for continual improvement.

VP of Operations

Lauren Kornitsky

Lauren has been ensuring the success of FRONTLINE’s clients for over 15 years. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees the day-to-day operations of our client programs, developing and nurturing strategic relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes. Lauren coordinates client engagement through the full customer lifecycle, including new program development and on-boarding, as well as establishing and measuring success criteria for each individual engagement.

A graduate of Florida State University, Lauren has 15 years of hands-on experience helping companies improve their business by achieving their sales and marketing goals. Her unique, in-depth understanding of our client’s needs helps her to consistently deliver outstanding results for FRONTLINE’s clients.

Meredith Buckley

Meredith oversees branding, sales enablement, lead generation and SEO at FRONTLINE. Staying true to her roots as an accomplished content specialist, she also blends creativity and analytics to develop compelling content that drives the company’s goals.

With over 20 years of experience in all facets of Marketing, Meredith never accepts ‘the status quo’. She thrives on the continuous quest to expand FRONTLINE’s footprint in the marketplace, exploring new initiatives and opportunities for brand and revenue growth.

Meredith earned her degree in Psychology of Advertising from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst.

Kim Story

Kim brings 22+ years of sales and client relations success to FRONTLINE Selling. Some of her past clients include Coca-Cola, Georgia Power, Ritz-Carlton, and AT&T as well as the Atlanta Braves, Falcons and Hawks.

Kim has held most every role at FRONTLINE, creating a deep understanding of the client journey and paths to their success. She is passionate about client experience and continually improves communication, collaboration and outcomes. Kim leads the post-sale client journey to ensure seamless implementation, training, messaging creation and ongoing optimization, leveraging the FRONTLINE Selling Guided Performance Solution (GPS).

Joshua Kornitsky

Joshua is accomplished, innovative, and organizational leader with over 25 years of hands-on experience helping companies implement effective IT and training programs.

In his role as Chief Technology Officer at FRONTLINE Selling, Joshua leads the overall technology vision, product development and client delivery of all FRONTLINE products. With his passion and client-first focus, he views products through the eyes of the end-user to ensure the best experience possible.
