Senior Sales Managers are responsible for selling the FRONTLINE Selling brand. To succeed in this role, you must have the confidence and commitment to win.  This role will build relationships with prospective customers in a competitive selling environment and require a curious and coachable candidate.

Senior Sales Managers are accountable for maximizing revenue and gross profit within the assigned geography or vertical. FLS uses value-added selling techniques that focus on how we bring clarity to complexity in a cluttered world of outreach, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability, and offering a total go-to-market solution that meets their needs and addresses their challenges.

Reports to the Director of Sales
Success will be measured on sales results attained monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Summary of Duties:

  • Networking with businesses and groups to build relationships
  • Identify target companies for outreach
  • Discover sales opportunities through research
  • Devise effective territory sales strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery to uncover concerns and build customized solutions to meet prospects’ needs
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs and objectives
  • Monitor competition within the assigned region
  • Prepare and submit reports to the CEO & Director of Sales
  • Identify and execute sales on net new logos
  • Lead generation and qualification
  • CRM data accuracy and forecast
  • Weekly forecast and closing reports
  • Weekly 1:1 meeting w/ Director of Sales
  • Ability to travel within the territory (10-15%)

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of building new business and hitting sales targets
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • 5+ years of sales experience in software, hardware, managed services, and IaaS/SaaS model
  • Expertise in Salesforce
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to build relationships
  • Understanding of the basic principles of selling
  • Knowledge of selling techniques and processes
